Attorney/FounderLisa M. Burkhart is an experienced attorney and the founder of LMBH Legal Services. Lisa focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration and real estate. Lisa specializes in common-interest communities, including Condominiums, Cooperatives, and Homeowners Associations. With over two decades of legal experience, she has represented hundreds of communities across Western Pennsylvania, including communities in Allegheny, Washington, Beaver, Butler, Westmoreland, and Somerset Counties.
Lisa prioritizes building lasting, collaborative relationships with her clients. In fact, she continues to represent numerous Associations that have trusted her counsel since she first began practicing law in 2005. While based in Hampton Township, she frequently travels to meet clients wherever it is most convenient for them.

She excels at translating complex statutory requirements into clear, accessible guidance so that Associations can make confident legal decisions.
Background & Foundations
Prior to founding LMBH Legal Services, LLC, Lisa gained extensive experience at the Pittsburgh law firm Brandt, Milnes & Rea, P.C. She began her career there as a legal assistant before practicing as an associate attorney upon graduating from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2005. She remains deeply grateful for the mentorship of Fred C. Jug, Jr. and the late Henry E. Rea, Jr., who helped shape her knowledgeable client-centered approach to planned community law.
